Design consultant and resource for architectural firms and medical facilities seeking to improve the patient experience and well-being in the built environment.  Anne Marie believes a successful design is one where the entire group is engaged in the process: doctors, administrators, nurses, nutrition, maintenance and infection control.  What is often missing from the process is the patient and their families.  Based upon her personal experience with a life-altering medical condition, Anne Marie is committed to finding cost-effective Patient-centered solutions.  On rare occassions, Anne Marie will consult and design residential projects.  These projects are for clients with physical disabilities as diverse as range-of-motion limitations (para- and quadriplegics), progressive disorders (such as Parkinson’s and MS), as well as the desire to “age in place” in an existing home.
Anne Marie will not submit her work for publication or design rewards… “having my clients happy is all the reward I need.”
